Custom Fiberglass Fabrication
What can you fabricate from fiberglass?
Consoles, dash panels, hatches and lids, storage boxes, livewells and fish boxes, seating bases, bulkheads, engine boxes and one-off replacement parts. If it can be moulded or laid up in fiberglass, we can usually build it.
Can you modify an existing console or deck?
Yes. We regularly cut in new electronics, re-shape dash panels, add hatches or storage, and raise or extend deck sections — then reinforce and finish the area so it matches the rest of the boat.
Can you build replacement fiberglass parts?
Yes. For older or discontinued boats we can take a pattern from the original part, or measure the space, and build a new one that fits.
Do you offer mobile fiberglass fabrication?
Many measuring, fitting and installation jobs can be done at your dock or trailer anywhere in Tampa Bay. Larger lay-up work is done at our Largo shop and brought back to install.
Can you match the existing finish?
We finish parts in colour-matched gelcoat or leave them paint-ready, so new work blends in with the rest of the boat.
