Custom Storage Boxes

Built to fit your layout and storage needs.

A box built for your boat can use space a store-bought one can’t, like under a seat, against the console or in an awkward corner. We measure or template the spot, hand-lay the box in marine-grade fiberglass, add a lid and hardware, and finish it in gelcoat matched to your boat before test-fitting it in place.

Replacement Panels

For discontinued or damaged factory parts.

When a factory panel cracks or goes missing and the builder no longer makes it, we can usually build a new one. If you still have the old part, even broken, we measure it or take a mold from it; if not, we work from the opening, photos or a sister boat, then match the gelcoat to your boat.

Consoles & Helm Parts

Custom dash panels, console pieces, and covers.

Helm pieces crack, fade or get cut up over the years as electronics come and go, and a matching replacement is rarely available. We build new dash panels, console sections and covers in fiberglass to fit what’s already on the boat, laid out for your current gear and finished in gelcoat that matches the rest of the helm.

Brackets & Supports

Strong, lightweight custom mounts and supports.

Fiberglass brackets won’t rust the way metal can or rot the way wood does, and they can be shaped to fit a curved hull side or deck. We build mounts and supports for electronics, batteries, pumps and other gear, laid up to suit the load they carry and bonded or fastened in place on the boat.

Trim Pieces & Finishing

Custom trim, edges, and aesthetic components.

Small finishing pieces like edge trim, end caps and filler panels are often the hardest to replace, and a missing or broken one makes a boat look unfinished. We shape each piece to the contour it sits on, hand-lay it in fiberglass, and finish it in gelcoat matched to your boat so it blends in.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you replicate a discontinued part?

Usually, yes. If you still have the old part, even a broken one, we can measure it or take a mould from it and build a new one. If it’s gone, we work from the space it fits, photos, or a sister boat.

What information do you need to make a custom part?

Photos of the area, your boat’s make, model and year, and rough measurements are enough to start. For an exact fit we measure or make a template on the boat ourselves, at our yard or at your dock.

Can you match my boat’s gelcoat color?

Yes. We tint the gelcoat to your boat’s current color, allowing for fading, and check it against the boat before we finish, so the new part blends in with the rest of the boat.

How long does it take to make a one-off part?

A small bracket or panel can take a few days. Larger parts that need a plug and a mould take longer, because every layer and the gelcoat need time to cure. We’ll give you a timeline with your quote.

What types of parts can you make?

Storage boxes, hatches and lids, replacement panels, console and helm pieces, brackets and mounts, trim, and covers. If it can be laid up in fiberglass, we can usually build it.

How much does a custom fiberglass part cost?

It depends on the part’s size, whether it needs a mould, and the finish. Send us photos or give us a call, and we’ll give you a free quote.
